Is the cover water-proof?

No, the cover is water-resistant. While our outdoor covers have moisture-repellent properties, it's essential to be aware that they can still retain moisture in certain conditions. To prevent the buildup of trapped moisture, it is crucial to ensure a snug fit for the cover and allow sufficient space for proper airflow. Failure to do so can result in pooling water, potentially causing water to seep through the cover.

Will the Pillow-to-Cover fade over time?

Indeed. Fading is the term used to describe the loss of color or brightness. In many cases, most covers will experience color loss after extended exposure to direct sunlight. However, it's worth mentioning that this fading process will not compromise the functionality or durability of the product.

Is Pillow-to-Cover Mold and Mildew resistant?

While our outdoor covers are designed to promote breathability, it's important to be aware that external factors can create conditions conducive to mold and mildew growth. The most effective prevention against mold and mildew is to avoid trapping moisture. This includes preventing the accumulation of pooled or stagnant water on the cover, as such conditions can foster the growth of mildew and mold. To mitigate this risk, it is advisable to consistently ensure the cover is allowed to thoroughly air dry after each use.



When will I receive my order?

All orders are generally processed within 24 hours of being placed and shipped within 1-5 business days.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At the moment, we exclusively ship within the continental United States.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

A shipment confirmation and tracking number will always be emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse. Please check the tracking number for the most up-to-date shipping status. In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost, please contact us directly, and we will promptly resolve the issue.



Can I return the cover for any reason?

We sincerely hope that your purchase meets your expectations, but we also recognize that sometimes circumstances require a return.You have the option to return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Can I make an exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not provide exchange services. If you require a replacement, the process involves returning the original item and then placing a new order. 

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping expenses back to our warehouse.
